acquired Bridge Life, a Denver-based life insurance planning firm founded by industry veteran Jay Cleary.

The deal strengthens Winged Keel’s presence in Denver and expands its platform for serving affluent and ultra-affluent clients nationwide.

Cleary joins as Principal, co-leading the Denver office with Mark Richards, as Winged Keel continues its growth through recent acquisitions in St. Louis, Minneapolis, and Nashville.
