emerged from stealth with $60 million in funding to develop AI-powered aerial systems for wildfire defense. The company builds autonomous fire suppression drones capable of launching instantly, locating fires using infrared and video AI, and delivering targeted foam payloads to contain hotspots.

The round, said to be the largest in fire technology, was co-led by Caffeinated Capital and Convective Capital with participation from First Round Capital, Transition VC, Advance Venture Partners, Nextview Ventures, Bullpen Capital, Stepstone Group, DCVC, Offline Ventures, Roar Capital, Good Friends, Slow Ventures, and MHS Capital.

Founded by Nick Foley, Bill Clerico, Adrian Aoun, and David Glazer, Seneca partners with fire departments in California and Colorado to test and refine its systems. The funding will support production and field deployment ahead of the 2026 fire season.
