He’ll receive an annual $30,000 cash retainer, a $175,000 initial RSU grant vesting over three years, and $150,000 annual RSU grants vesting yearly.
Seeley oversees global marketing for PayPal and Venmo and previously served as Global CMO at Afterpay, helping lead its $29 billion acquisition by Square. He also held senior marketing roles at Airbnb, Unilever, and Pearson.
He joins Lemonade’s board alongside co-founders Daniel Schreiber and Shai Wininger, Michael Eisenberg, Deb Schwartz, Dr. Samer Haj-Yehia, and Maria Angelidou-Smith.
