Sheila Cuffari-Agasi | EVP, CRO | United Planners
Sheila oversees United Planners’ sales, transition, and advertising teams while driving special projects and critical initiatives across the organization. A seasoned professional with a career in financial services dating back to 1993, Sheila joined United Planners in 2006. She holds Series 7, 24, 63, 66 licenses, life and health licenses, and an AIF designation. Outside of work, Sheila enjoys hiking, volleyball, softball, and quality time with her family.

Billy Oliverio | EVP, CMO | United Planners
Billy has been a leader in firms of all sizes, driving complex projects and mission impossible types of tasks for over 30 years. He’s been Chief Investigator of Enforcement for the Arizona Securities Division and managed white collar crime investigations. He’s been Chief Compliance Officer and dealt with all aspects of compliance, supervision, and risk management. He is an honors graduate of Arizona State University and a self-proclaimed comedian. His personal life is full of endless energy and entertainment with his first and only wife Conni, and their two boys, Diego and Dante.
