Malmvärn brings more than two decades of international leadership experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. He has built a strong track record of delivering sustainable growth and forging strategic partnerships across the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia.

Most recently, Malmvärn served as Chief Commercial Officer at tigerlab, where he set the company’s strategic direction and led it through a period of rapid expansion, quadrupling revenues while strengthening collaborations with leading insurers and brokers worldwide. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at bolttech, the high-growth insurtech that reached unicorn status in under 18 months. During his tenure there, he played a key role in scaling operations and driving international expansion across Asia and Europe.
