Meta’s Prashant Ratanchandani joins Lemonade’s Board of Directors

Lemonade, the AI-powered digital insurance company, has announced the addition of Prashant Ratanchandani to its Board of Directors.

Ratanchandani currently serves as Meta’s Vice President of Engineering for AI Products, where he leads the engineering teams responsible for building Meta’s generative AI products.

He has spent the past seven years at Meta, holding multiple leadership roles and scaling technical organisations that underpin core experiences across the company’s family of apps.

Prior to that, he spent 14 years at Microsoft in several leadership positions, working on scaling the Windows operating system, most recently serving as Partner Software Engineering Manager.

Ratanchandani commented, “I’ve spent much of my recent career focused on how AI can reshape human experience at scale.
