Arch Insurance Intl. appoints Miriam Reid as Head of Business Solutions

Arch Insurance International, part of Arch Capital Group and a provider of specialty insurance solutions across multiple lines, has announced the appointment of Miriam Reid as Head of Business Solutions.

In her new role, Reid will lead strategic operations, business improvement, and organisational alignment initiatives across Arch, with a focus on scalable, future-ready solutions that enhance performance and drive growth.

She will work closely with Arch’s underwriting, transformation, and technology teams on initiatives that deliver greater value to brokers and clients. Based in London, Reid will report to Ketan Motwani, Chief Operating Officer.

Reid brings more then 20 years of global insurance experience spanning underwriting, operations, transformation, business management, and strategic leadership.

She joins Arch from Beazley, where she served as Head of Business Management and Chief of Staff within its Cyber Risks division.

Prior to that, she spent 21 years at AIG, holding various senior leadership roles, most recently as Strategic Change Partner, Global Business Change Office.
