Blackstone appoints Kimberly Kim as Head of APAC Insurance Institutional Client Solutions

Blackstone, the alternative asset manager, has announced the appointment of Kimberly Kim as Senior Managing Director and Head of APAC Insurance Institutional Client Solutions for Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI).

This newly created role supports the continued expansion of BXCI in the APAC region.

Kim brings more than 20 years of experience in the APAC insurance market. She joins Blackstone from BlackRock, where she served as Head of Financial Institutions Coverage in APAC.

Prior to that, Kim was Head of Sales HK and Regional Head of Insurance APAC ex Japan at DWS Group.
