Brown & Brown, the insurance brokerage firm, has introduced a series of leadership changes within its Retail segment.
The updates are part of the company’s broader effort to strengthen integration following the acquisition of Risk Strategies and to create new opportunities for growth and collaboration across its business.
Several leaders will take on additional responsibilities while continuing to oversee their current areas. John Mina, John Greenbaum, John Scroope, and John Vaglica will serve as Retail Senior Leaders.
While Ed Flanagan, Steve Giannone, Neil Krauter Sr., Robert Rosenzweig, and Patrick Roth will take on the role of Retail Vice Presidents. These positions are designed to support strategic initiatives and reinforce the Retail segment’s long-term direction.
The company has also named Mark Manzi as North American Retail Brokerage Leader. In this position, he will oversee carrier relationships across Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, and Personal Lines, with an emphasis on coordination and service quality.
